Haley Robson

“I know everybody sees us today as grown adults, but we are fighting for the children that were abandoned and left behind in the reckoning. This is who you’re fighting for.”— Haley Robson, Capitol Hill press conference, September 2025

Who She Is

Haley Robson was a student at Royal Palm Beach Community High School in Florida when she first encountered Epstein. She has described having a deeply traumatic childhood before meeting Epstein — including surviving rape — with parents who struggled with heavy drinking. ‘Nobody protected me. Nobody stepped in.’ After being abused by Epstein, she became a recruiter of other teenage girls from her school, a role she has described in terms of psychological coercion and survival.

What She Says Happened

Robson gave a deposition in a 2009 civil case and has spoken publicly in multiple interviews (CBS12, KATV, 19th News, Capitol Hill press conferences). She was approached at a local pool with an offer to give massages to a Palm Beach billionaire. Her deposition revealed she visited Epstein dozens of times. She has described recruiting approximately 8 to 10 other girls: ‘I didn’t have to convince them. I proposed to them. They took it.’ On her own moral burden: ‘I’m 16, I was raped. That was my first sexual experience for me, and I didn’t have another fight in me. I made a choice of survival and I stuck with that choice. And I’ve paid a high cost and a high price for that choice.’ She was initially not considered a victim by investigators due to her dual role. At the September 2025 rally, holding a photo of her teenage self: ‘I know everybody sees us today as grown adults, but we are fighting for the children that were abandoned.’ To Trump: ‘I cordially invite you to the Capitol to meet me in person so you can understand this is not a hoax. We are real human beings.’

What She Did About It

Robson gave a formal deposition in a 2008-2009 civil case, and her cooperation with law enforcement was part of the Palm Beach investigation that eventually led to Epstein’s 2008 plea deal. She has participated in victims’ advocacy legislative efforts and is specifically cited in Rep. Ro Khanna’s statements about the Epstein Files Disclosure Act. She appeared at multiple Capitol Hill events in 2025, going on the record with lawmakers and pushing for full release of the Epstein files.
