The whole Epstein List circus has been entertaining – but it’s time to get serious about what actually exists versus what people think exists.
There’s no magical document called “the Epstein client list” sitting in some FBI filing cabinet waiting for Trump’s signature. What we have is a collection of flight logs, surveillance footage, depositions, sealed court documents, and that infamous black book. Most of this stuff is already public. Some remains sealed for legitimate legal reasons. And some – surprise – got lost or destroyed while Trump was running the show the first time around.
Remember when Pam Bondi dragged those MAGA influencers to the White House and handed them those massive binders of redacted nonsense? People were rightfully asking, “What the hell was that supposed to prove?” But here’s the really stupid part – you can find the unredacted versions of those pages online. I know because I found them.
I’ve got pages of notes on the Epstein case, but I never found a smoking gun. Take the names in Epstein’s Little Black Book – just because someone’s contact info was in there doesn’t mean they ever spoke to the guy, let alone did anything illegal. And you can easily find who is in the book with a Google search.
Here are the most notable names in it:

Now Bondi claims there are “thousands of hours of surveillance video” from Epstein’s properties. Those videos don’t prove anything concrete either because – again – knowing Epstein or visiting his homes doesn’t automatically make you a trafficker. But she said “we know who was involved,” which suggests there’s something else in those truckloads of evidence she demanded from the FBI.
Here’s the thing – Trump had four years with complete control over the DOJ. If he wasn’t involved in the Epstein scandal, he had plenty of time and power to clear his name. Instead, Epstein died in federal custody while Trump’s people were in charge. The guards fell asleep. The cameras failed. His cellmate got conveniently removed. And Epstein never made it to trial where he could have leveraged Trump’s participation for his freedom – which you know would have happened. That’s why I never bought the suicide story. Why would he kill himself when he had so much leverage?
If there was ever a moment to expose the powerful people behind Epstein’s network, Trump had it and he fumbled it on purpose. Now he’s president again, backing away from what his followers thought was a campaign promise to release “the list.”
But that’s not exactly what he said. When Fox asked if he’d release the Epstein List, he immediately said yes – then spent the rest of the answer backtracking about “phony stuff in it.” Fox edited out most of the backtracking, so people thought he made a promise he never actually made.
Now he’s doing his usual redirect dance – the Epstein files were “written by Democrats,” they’re a hoax, it was Obama, it was Biden. His supporters flood my comments daily whining “WELL, WHY DIDN’T BIDEN RELEASE THEM?”
Here’s the reality check: Biden couldn’t release sealed court records even if he wanted to. Presidents don’t control the judiciary. That’s not how any of this works. But MAGA believes that Trump said he would. That was the promise. That was the bait. And now that he’s back in power, he’s dropping it.
The thing is – what we already know is pretty substantial. The Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program paid out $121 million to 135 survivors from 225 applications. JPMorgan Chase settled for $290 million, Deutsche Bank for $75 million, and the U.S. Virgin Islands got $105 million – totaling over $500 million in settlements. That’s not chump change, and it represents real victims getting real compensation.
Not to mention, after Epsteins arrest in July 2019, FBI agents searched his Manhattan townhouse and found hundreds of sexually suggestive photographs, hard drives, and $70,000 in cash plus diamonds in a locked safe. When they returned with broader warrants, some evidence had vanished – hard drives and CDs that were sitting on top of the safe simply disappeared. Also, the DOJ Inspector General found numerous and serious failures by prison staff, including falsified records and convenient camera malfunctions.Congressional action has been predictably partisan.
House Republicans blocked Democratic attempts to force votes on releasing files, while Speaker Mike Johnson broke with Trump saying we should put everything out there. Even some Republicans like Rep. Ralph Norman crossed party lines to vote with Democrats.BUT the truth is – NO ONE seems to be that serious about getting to the bottom of this mess.
The DOJ says there is no Epstein list, Trump says the list is a phony hoax created by the Democrats, and Democrats are asking for a list to be released that most likely DOESNT exist and they know they dont have the power to get.But heres the real question – if anyone actually cared about justice instead of political theater, why not ask the women? Why not center this entire conversation around them and what they want and need?Out of 225 women who applied to the Epstein Victims Compensation Program, 150 were deemed eligible and 135 accepted settlements.
But what about the 75 who were rejected? What about the 8-10 who turned down offers because they werent adequate? Those voices have been completely ignored in this political circus. Then theres Katie Johnson, the woman who filed multiple lawsuits in 2016 claiming Trump and Epstein raped her when she was 13.
Her case was dismissed for technical filing errors, refiled, then dropped after she received death threats and canceled a press conference. Her lawyer says her car and phone were stolen the day she was supposed to speak publicly. She hasnt been heard from since 2016.Whether you believe her story or not, the fact that a woman making serious allegations simply vanished from public view should be concerning to anyone who actually cares about victims.
But nobodys asking where Katie Johnson is now. Nobodys investigating what happened to her or why she disappeared. The focus stays on the powerful men and their political games while the women – the actual victims – remain afterthoughts in their own story. Weve got politicians promising to release lists that dont exist while ignoring the women who could tell us what actually happened. You know what they say about insanity..
