That same month, Republican businessman Barre Seid donated his entire company, Tripp Lite, to Leo’s organization.
Tripp Lite makes power supplies and surge protectors – including components used in Dominion and ES&S voting machines. In March 2021, Leo’s organization sold Tripp Lite to Eaton Corporation for $1.65 billion. Eaton now makes parts for the voting machines that count 70% of American votes.
