Tennessee’s “Transparency” Bill Is a Trans Registry With Extra Steps

HB 754 requires doctors to hand over trans patients’ prescription dates, dosages, counties, and full psychiatric histories to the state – which then publishes it all online in downloadable format. The bill doesn’t need names when it has everything else. Doctors who refuse face license suspension.
